Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Field To File LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company"), governing your access to and use of the FieldToFile platform.

The complete Terms of Service, including all definitions, warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other provisions, are incorporated into the FieldToFile Service Agreement provided to each customer upon subscription. For a complete copy, please contact us.

Key Terms

• Pallet-based billing: Your subscription includes a monthly pallet quota. Additional pallets beyond your quota are available through pre-purchased booster packs, valid for 12 months.
• Partner attribution: Pallets packed for a partner count against the partner's quota, not yours.
• Data ownership: You retain all rights to your data. We use it only to provide the Service.
• Liability cap: Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
• Governing law: State of Florida, with disputes resolved by AAA arbitration.
• No compliance guarantee: FieldToFile is a tool to facilitate traceability. Compliance is your responsibility.
