- Customer Data: Lot data, harvest records, GS1 identifiers, pallet information, partner configurations, and label data you enter into the Service.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and pallet generation activity.
- Device and log data: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and server logs.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process billing and manage your subscription
- To generate pallet tags and traceability records on your behalf
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- To create aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and benchmarking
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data. We share data only:
- With your designated Partners, as necessary for the partner packing feature
- With service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, payment processing)
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice)
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
The Service is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
Data Retention
We retain Customer Data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following termination,
during which you may export your data. After the retention period, data is deleted.
